CHALLENGES THE CLIENT FACED
The client wanted to increase brand presence on social media channels and in the physical space. The need for engaging content that would transform people‘s interactions with the brand, including the associated events and workshops. Engagement would need to bring about collaborations with other companies as well.
-The desire for an enhanced social media strategy and a manager for social accounts to manage and post content, track analytics and contribute to understanding people's tones about the brand.

- Directing traffic to the primary live streaming platform that the client is active on, Insight Timer, a meditation and mindfulness app with over 21 million members.

PROBLEM RESOLUTION
Upon working closely with JuneB, a revamped social media strategy was created, carefully creating content that caters to the brand‘s audience.

- Creating a broad colour palette that would better represent the brand and increase people's association with it. In addition to this, the brand's logo underwent a revamp.

- Organising a content calendar, and compiling a list of tags and other information which streamlined the entire content creation and posting process
from start to finish.

Increased Traffic on Insight Timer: Increased engagement via customizing and generating immersive content boosted the client‘s live events and resulted in an increase in attendance at these events (175% more attendees).

- More Engagement with the Brand: on Instagram, brand awareness and follower count went up by 500% in just six months, and Twitter followers grew by 300%. Meditation Course and workshop enrolment saw increases as well. The new logo created synchronicity with the brand and conveyed its message in a more powerful way.

- Better Collaborations: As a result of more engaging content, the client was able to collaborate with companies including Insight Timer, one of the most well-known meditation apps in the world, and Flowell, a wellness-based app aimed at mindfulness and spirituality. Collaborations with other coaching-based businesses like Barbara Wilson and Rueben Lowe were also incorporated. In addition, the client was invited to more events such as the ones at Babel in London
